If your situation changes, reapply at WIC.

Do you or could you qualify for Food Stamps? It's worth a try. Pick up an application at your local Department of Human Services - DSS/DHS/FIA

Contact any/all Social Services Organizations in your area. Salvation Army, Community Action House/Agency, Churches, Pregnancy Clinics/Agencies etc.

Call your doctors office, they might have information that could assist you with this. I know most offices HAVE samples of formulas.

Breastmilk is free. For free formula, you can go to a community charity group; or a group for new moms. You should ask your doctor, or the WIC office where else you can go.

I would suggest going done to your local state office they should have a list of place that could help you with this issue. Or sign up on formula websites they sometimes send coupons for discounted formula.

Talk to the local supermarket. Many times they throw away products that come close to their expiration date. Some managers will be more than happy to help you and your baby.

well if you own a computer and have internet then maybe you should cut off the internet to feed your baby many people are, I'm sure in worse positions then you and still manage to pay for the baby formula without complaint you shouldn't have had the child if you were unable to take care of him YOURSELF!!! I would be ashamed to have to waste other peoples tax money on supporting my child and you should be too.
