what does this mean in english?

Well, I think it is supposed to be "Pobrecito..él no tiene amigos ni nada"
Poor thing...He doesn't have friends or anything.

It means 'the poor thing, doesn't he have any friends?'

If you translate it straight from Spanish into English it will be, 'The poor thing, doesn't he have any friends or nothing?' But in English this is a double negative so it is wrong, so the nada is left out.

Never translate something straight from one language to another because it doesn't make sense and all meaning could be lost in translation.

Misspelling and unnecessary space "pobrecito".
Pobrecito comes from pobre = poor and it's an expression we use in Spanish to refer to a person as you would say "Poor little you (him) or (her), doesn't he have any friends or nothing?

it has something to do with the first part of your question having no friends or anything.
