My friend has a wedding coming up and she wants me to be part as a bridesmade. But I don't feel right going because she made out with my ex-boyfriend. My other friend's think it's all in the past and hilarous. But I can hold a grudge but at the same time I want to just squash the past. I mean it's not like I'm still with him......The question is should I attend the wedding???

You call her your best friend. If she is truly your best friend, of course you should go! I understand the hurt you feel, but you need to choose which is more important - holding onto a grudge that should be dropped (after all, the guy is gone and it was just as much his fault as hers - and she is still your best friend), or enjoying the day to the fullest while standing up for your best friend. DON'T make out with the groom, as that is childish and nothing positive can come of it. You never know, while there you just may meet someone who would make you forget all about the other guy from the past. Have a great time!

When were young and giddy, girls will be girls. Maybe she did you a favor and it showed you really what the ex was all about. But if your still having doubts then why are you continuing a friendship. It's all about trust. I would say if your still friends with her then obviously you don't hold a grudge. Go to the wedding have a good time the kiss is yesterdays new let it go.

Yes you should still attend she has let it go and you should to and your ex~boyfriend should get some blame to cause he did't stop her and it's not like she's marrying your ex of anything!?!?
show her it did'nt bother you a bit . let the past be the past.THANX you just helped me figure out an answer to my own problem because i hold grudges too!?!?

a friend of mine did something similar...acutally worse and I forgave her. I was dating this guy, but I liked this other guy for quite awhile, but nothing really happened because I didnt know him well and only saw him once in awhile if he came to this bar we often went to. well, he showed up one night and I was there with my best friend, some other friends of our and my bf. This guy I liked came over and was talking to me and said he hoped I was goign to be there and he wanted to get my number last time I saw him but I left before he could and stuff so I was dancing with him most of the night. Well later I found out my best friend and went for a walk with my bf because he was upset I was dancing with this other guy and I guess they had sex. She claims she was drunk, but I really don't think she was that drunk since she was still capable of finding me and making me coem home. I ended up breaking up with my bf once I found out and started dating the other guy. Point is, I forgave her. I'm still not sure why sometimes, but I guess I realized a guy wasnt worth jepordizing our friendship over. I had a bit of a hard time trusting her again, but hey...if my bf didnt want to sleep with her then he didnt have to. It was more him I should have been mad at. Yes, i was off with another guy, but we were only dancing. I say forgive and forget and be there for her wedding. Plus, if shes getting married, she'll be staying away from you guys from now on. Good luck.

She will need your support on her wedding day. If you don't go you will regret it later. If she has moved on (which is sounds like she has) you should at least try.

Go to the wedding and lay one on her husband!
Retribution is much better than forgiveness.
