okay well I have this girl who is under the age and I'm an adult and she want to be with me when she turn 18 and I'm not sue how itis going to be until then and I've not yet meet her iperson but we talk all the time and well she calles me so I know she is interested in me and wanting to be with me .. what do I do in theis situation?

It is good you have not met in person. It should probably stay that way for now. It will help you keep your relationship platonic until you are both ready to have a permanent relationship.
The reason I bring this up is that sex creates a permanent change in your relationship. While you are still unmarried, your parents are the most important people in your life. If you are contemplating a sexual relationship with someone, the bond that creates is such that from then on, that person has to be the most important to you. You have to leave father and mother.
And you have to make a permanent commitment, because if you break up after consummating the relationship, you leave a part of yourself behind with them, and they with you.
Given all that, does it make sense to even take steps down the road to a one-flesh relationship if you are not both 100% sure that that is what you want (i.e. at least engaged to be married)?
I would say not. This is why I would urge you to keep your relationship with this girl platonic, regardless of her age, until you are both ready to be married.

It's a difficult situation, but I think you know the ethical thing to do. You should not cross over the line from friends to dating.

Well meet her in person first then if you guys are still interested in eachother when she turns 18 then go for it!!!

ok...if you are in the US in some states if she 16 and you are no more than 3 years older than her then you can go for it now. Just look up the statuatory laws in your state. But nothing can be done about it if her parents are ok with it they are the ones who have to press the charges.
