I was asking someone out in class when a huge booger (with 2 nostril hairs stuck to it) shot out of my nose and onto her lower lip. She didnt notice it until the hairs started to tickle her skin. How do i ask this person out now?

You laugh it off or ignore it. Come on - it's not like you whipped it at her. It was an accident. If you remain calm and comfortable, so will she. She doesn't know how to react either very likely.
You could approach her and hand her a tissue and tell her she is safe - make a joke out of it - or you could just act like it didn't happen. Be cool - it's no big deal.
I'll tell you a worse story. I was out with my sister and her future husband - they knew each other for about 3 months at this point. She was eating a cheese burger and somebody cracked a joke - well she started to laugh and wound up spitting cheeseburger out of her mouth right on to the face of this guy she was dating. Damn if it didn't just stick there too. The whole table of about 6 people were stunned silent - no body knew what to do. Her man just picked up a napkin and wiped his face "As I was saying, you gotta ...." went right back on with his conversation. That is exactly what everyone else did too. He was calm and it put everyone else at ease. And even after that he married her!

okay that is one hell of an ice breaker, if she did not know it was yours she probably thought to herself, damn this cute guy is asking me out and I have a booger on my mouth, I am such a freak. Now when you see her again tell her an embarrassing thing that happened to you and then she and you will have something in common, get to know each other and go on a date, fall in love and who knows, your next question on this site is what kind of ring should I get my fiance? Just kidding hey things happen, talk to her again, and ask her out, but blow your nose before you see her. Good Luck.

Did she know that it was urss or even what it was (assuming it fell right away from her lip)?/ its probable that she might think it was hers.. but if u are asked just pretend that " you are surprised she asked something like that & u r not those type who would be comfortable to discusss such stuff". It will work !

She probably is just as embarrassed as you in the situation. I wouldn't want anyone to see a booger on my face.
