Your height to weight ratio is seen "overweight" yet not "overweight". The fastest healthiest thanks to shed pounds that I have got here upon is to spice up your metabolism by using averting sophisticated carbs. Bread, pasta, pancakes, etc. keep on with rice (white or brown or inspite of) and potatoes for starches and stay away from sugar (no soda, no sweet, no scrumptious stuff). till you've been blessed with a quickly metabolism already, thems the breaks, youngster. It sucks even if that is extra acceptable to do it the healthful way than otherwise. i understand this for a actuality.

No, you are not fat. But you may want to check out a body dysmorphic group in your area; the fact that you are questioning this shows that your view of your body is causing you some concern and may be far off from reality.

Height and weight have nothing to do w/ fat. Fat is its own measurement... just like heigh is in ft and inches... and weight is in pounds. Bodybuilders who are very low in body fat might be.... 5'8 250 lbs.... but be less fat that a 5'8 150 lb person.

It depends onyou body type. That is supose to be the average normal weight for some one that is 5 foot 2 but if you're still growing don't worry about it.
