The internet is a great tool for finding help with rare disorders. I just went through this with my daughter, who has a rare immune disorder, and I found an online help group where I can chat and ask questions. Start doing "searches" online. Keep searching using different phrases, such as "anal stenosis" "support groups anal stenosis" "doctors specializing anal stenosis", etc. etc. You'll eventually find others out there, via the internet, that will have the information you need.

If your baby cannot pass his stools, its time for aggresive maneuvers. Take him to the emergency room and show the ER physician the problem and tell him the surgeon is not returning your calls and the pediatrician doesn't know what to do. The ER doctor will do something about it.
I am a nurse. I currently work in a hospital.

Have you tried calling a CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL?I'm not sure if there is one near you but honey they are miracle workers for all types of things. I suggest you give them a call.Even if it means leaving state you may only get one chance to help your son before it goes too far. Remember you are his mother (his only hope) you must do whatever needed, whatever is in your power, to help this little guy that god has blessed you with! It may be challenging but hang in there.God bless you and your family.Good luck!!!

Make an appointment with a DIFFERENT specialist ASAP/IMMEDIATELY!!!!

YOU also might way to look for a different Pediatrician also!

Sure doesn't sound like anyone is really interested in your son as a patient!
