Yes. The average amount of daily sleep for most ages is 8 hours, but most people get either more or less than that recommended value. 10 hours is great as long as you feel refreshed when you wake up.
An added bonus: studies show that getting enough sleep, in addition to a healthy lifestyle, aids in the weight loss process. So keep snoozing :)

I am also 15 and have lost around 25 pounds. I sometimes sleep over 10 hours, sleep is actually rejuvenating and it is time that is not spent eating, while also burning calories from increased brain activities (dreaming), though not that much calories. To lose weight only requires that you eat healthy (I.E. Less sat. fats, sugars, etc.), take in less calories than you vitally require per day (Called the Basal Metabolic Rate, for men weight multiplied by 12, for women multiplied by 11, all equals the amount of calories required per day to maintain life functions healthy), and do some aerobic exercise (I.E. jogging, swimming, walking, biking, etc.). And not to forget lifetime habits such as taking the stairs where possible.

Yes. Teenagers should sleep 9-11 hours if I remember quickly. I slept 10 hours most of the time until I was 21 and would occasionally sleep 12 on the weekends. Your body won't grow properly if you don't get enough sleep.
