What it is from is everyone using "instant" messenger programs. Everyone wants to chat quickly, but typing everything out takes time, and it has become acceptable to have mistakes if you are typing quickly to keep the conversation going. Also many people use shorthand(u instead of you) because they are used to using it on their cell phones, where message space is limited.
They don't realize that "Answers" isn't speed based when asking a question. However, people who answer questions are often looking for points, so they type quickly again, making mistakes. Often the first answer that has anything to do with the question gets the 10 point bonus.

The illiterate use 'Answers' because they have the anonymity of the Internet to protect them from being chastised by the people they know. Yes, there should be an adult section and people should be forced to use it instead of posting in areas that the younger folks are using.

People are just too lazy to spell words correctly. For hell's sake people there is a spell check button. Yes I think an adults section should be create to help weed out the little 14 year old perverts from the adults on this site.

Do you feel superior to those that can't read or write well...
as for those that don't mind the rules yes there should be an adult section but whose to say that there wont be children in there also...

Hopefully, the illiterate will see how favorably legitimate well-worded questions are responded to and use that with their own questions.

bcuz everyone who has a yaho account and does not infringe or break any of yahoo's terms, conditions and policies is entitled to utilize yahoo's websites and services which includes yahoo answers.
