There isn't much you can do except wait and see. You can still grow up to the age of 21. At 17, if you've already had your growth spurt you may grow another 1 or 2 inches.

You have another 2 years to grow still. A tip is do "pullups" on horizontal bar.

you're still growing...trust me.

I assume you're male by your name. Males hit their growth spurts a little later, but in many cases will continue to see their height increase into their early 20's. Be patient....there's nothing out there to make you grow any faster, unless you want a new pituitary gland, but I wouldn't advise it :o)

i knew this asian gurl and my cousin told her to drink lots of milk and she actually grew taller butt if ur a guy ur not done growing cause guys grow till they r 19 or somthing like that....so dont worry about it
