Have you heard of a "sugar daddy"? It's a rich guy who gives a young girl expensive gifts in exchange for sex or companionship. I think a "sugar baby" is the girl.

the only sugarbaby I'm aware of is the candy. Little balls of Carmel covered in chocolate.

and a sugar daddy is the same as a sugar mama.. only it's a man who picks out a young chick to spend money on for companionship.
