Listen this is important!
My brother had this, its called ITP. It's a pretty rare disease. You start off with a case of Mono, Thats the swollen nodes and tiredness. Then if you don't treat it, your spleen starts removing the platlets from your blood. Those are the things that make it clot. It's serious! If I am right, you should go to the emergency room right away. Don't bump yourself, especially your head. This won't go away on It's own. They know what to do. Good Luck.

Why don't you ask your parents to take you to a doctor for heavens sake, you think "asking a question" is going to help you get better? If you do then you need more help than this site can give you.

I'd be most worried about your "noise" bleeding. You might have mononucleosis. Tell your parents you need to go for a check-up.
