over a period of time deff not in this life time lol but i think it is.
its actually jus a theory but, the theory is if you dont use a certain body part or sumthin it goes away after a period of time and whatever you do use or need adapts to that organism

Absolutely. It's been proven that as you age your brain loses the ability to retain information. So if you read, have lots of sex, and keep doing everything you're doing now you should be fine as you get older.
