There is no cutest but many are beyond cute. Pomeranians, Shih-tzus,bichon frises,westies, poodles,japanese chins,lhasa apsos....the list is endless.

I like Boxers and Rotts. Boxers are so adorable when they're puppies. Rotts are the sweetest things and cute too. You just have to treat them right.
