First Step: You will never find time to relax so make an appointment for yourself for some time off.
Second Step: Have responsible grown up watch your kids while you relax. That makes you worry free.
Now, the best way of relaxation that always worked for me is to soak in hot water with light music playing. Aromatic oils work wonders .Add few drops to the water. Play soft music and listen with your eyes closed. It will definitely rejuvenate your spirits and you will be all charged to work with your kids again. I have a 5 year old and 3 year old. They are a handful. I function better when I relax this way. Try if it works for you.

Relaxation Tips?
I have a 2 and 9 months.
All I can say is find something they like to do. Get a little pool and go out side and watch them play. It all ways works for me, Just not a hole lot of water an the pool, just of the baby. You have to loosen up and order to be able to relax. Read a book ,by laying on the bed with them. I know how you feel. Let them go to grandma's house some times if its okay.
OR
When they lay down for nap leave the bath room door open and take a warm bath, or sit back and watch so TV or take a nap to.

You should put on a favorite cd or song that is also relaxing ,sit on the floor straight up taking 3 second deep breaths in and out while stretching your arms. First put one of your arms straight up in the air, then drop it behind your back so you can pat your back and take your other hand and put pressure on your elbow (you are still breathing in and out) just think a happy and relaxing thought while you are in the position and make sure the room that the room you are in is clean!

take a bubble bath with candles around the tub. and have a glass of wine and listen to nature music. But, first make sure you have some one to watch your children you don't want them to be by self while in a tub. After all you deserve to pamper your self .
