I worked for a major corporation that was well known for hiring illegal aliens, they would hire them for factory work inside the plant.
here is a list of things i noticed, why they prefered to hire illegal aliens.
1. illegal aliens would work for less money
2. they could join/form a union
3. they could be fired for any reason at any time
4. they could not sue the company
5. they can be easily manipulated
If they did not behave the way the company wanted them to, they would be terminated
If they got a injury such as carpal tunnle, they were fired... and whatcould they do? nothing ... if they wouldtry to sue, they were deported.
Immigration needs to come under control, before all Americans lose the rights and respect we deserve as human beings.. Illegal aliens are destroying not only our future, but the future of their own country and their race.

Julie : I agree, but the laws are not enforced,however companies are able to use the laws to their advantage, andisto turn illegal immigrants into cheap , disposable labor. and yes... from what I seen , sealed boarders, and upholding the current laws is what needs to be done.

We agree 100 % with what u said .
Dont the mexicans care that not only are they being exploited by everybody including Jorge Bush, but everybody is laughing at them because of it.
Dont they have any self respect ? how long will it be before they wake up and smell the coffee.
This country is fast turning them into our new permanent under class to replace the offspring of our American slaves.

Here is something that the company you work for needs to consider, if the government starts enforcing the laws:
8 USC Sec. 1325:
Section 1324a states: "Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime".

Yes, I agree that Illegal aliens should become legal for many reasons... being protected by unlawful labor practices included. Americans are protected by such things.

I agree illegal immigration needs to stop.
I also agree that the reason the employers like illegal immigrants is beyond wages to the fact that illegals won't 'give them trouble' like us uppity Americans.

No I don't believe they are destroying our country or theirs. Yes I believe that company should be reported for exploiting these workers (so, you work there, have you reported them????) Yes we need some reforms.
