im 13 years old. i masturbat frequently. i have heard that you can go blind, and you can get hairy palms from doing this. is this true?
Also, can masturbation cause herpes? on the bottom of my penis near there are some small skin-colored bumps, is that what herpes look like?

You cannot get herpes from masturbation and you won't go blind or get hairy palms. These are common sayings meant to be a joke. If you are worried about the bumps on your penis, maybe you should ask someone. Go to your father, or a male in your life that you would be most comfortable with, and explain to them that you found them in the shower and you don't know what they are. If anything, maybe they can take you to your doctor who can help you figure out what's going on.

You can go blind if it gets in your eyes yes, it can't cause you to get hairy palms, and I'm sorry but I'm not sure about the herpes question. I wouldn't think so though.
