Because that's where you made your memories, when you were a younger & more innocent person. That version of you is gone, and you can't get it back. In my case, both my grandparents are deceased 9+ years, and still to this day, I'd give anything for one more Christmas at their house.

i absolutely loved going to my grandma and grandpas house when i was little and i still do to this day. they are just so much fun to hang out with.

Because grandparents totally focus on the child. Makes them feel pretty special.

for me it was that while at grand's house i got a little relief from the pain, fear and unhappiness of being with my parents. our grands treated us well but the fact that we had some relief from mom and dad's ugliness was more than welcome. there was interesting and exciting things to do and see at grands and less of the usual threats, control, punishments, hostility, fear and sorrow that typified our own home life. also there were 'cool' cousins and other relatives near grand's house who we very rarely ever saw from our distant home.

its not ,its sooo boring! or well i guess if theres your whole family there and you grandparents make u a good dinner! aslo they usually spoil u!

my youngest granddaughter likes to come to my house cause we planted her flowers in my garden, and she loves to play with all of my frogs.
