I have always had my best luck when I could make her her smile or laugh. then ask for a definite date, nothing vague like " coffee sometime"

You've gotten some good answers but here's some generic advise rather than a specific 'line'. You said that so far you have:

Both of these 'lines' are weak, not because of what they say but how they say it. Instead of, 'something with you sometime' or 'luch or coffee with me sometime', be specific and concrete. Such as:
"Would you like to get a coffee with me after school today?"
or,
"Would you like to get together Saturday for a walk in the park?"
This way it sounds like you have thought about what you'd like to do with her and have planned something (actually doing this is a good idea). Also, you sound confident and interested, these qualities (especially confidence) make you more attractive.

One say say hi and start a converstion with her, then when u discover a common interest invite her to do that together but dont give her the choice of time. Say something like would you like to go to the park next weekned. Basiclly be a little more assertive.

The one "line " I remember is...Would you like to go out with me and make a date to remember. It might sound corny,now,but I still remember that date. It was wonderful!!

There is no "line", just be yourself and ask her out for lunch or coffee or dinner whichever you think she might prefer.

Depends on what your looking for. Vague questions get vague answers. Look deep within your heart and say what you really mean..."Wanna do it"?

be open and say what you wanna say but pleese stay away from the cheesy pick up lines (if your being serious) like ........" im glad i brought my library card 'cause im checkin you out....." cause they never work NEVER! girls juts laugh inside (and if there mean on the outside) lol
