And also my ankle of my left leg always hurts when i walk, but my right one does. How can I solve it?

Make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon that practices sports medicine. You should get a complete work up, x-rays or tomography, and a complete medical history taken. Why because your legs may be of different lengths sufficient to cause muscles to over-compensate, causing all sorts of problems. (e.g. poor arches can cause serious knee problems or back problems. Check Dr. Sheehan on running, to verify what I have just written).
After the doctor visit, employ an experienced sports trainer to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly, and also the correct exercises. (he may even suggest new exercises that never occurred to eithher of us.). the wrong mix of exercises may work one muscle and you may not be doing exercises to strengthen the opposite muscle. That can result in real problems, and occasionally serious injury.
The subject is a complex one. It is a good idea to consult with experts that practice this "medicine" dayly.
Good luck, I am confident that you can work this out and gain from your efforts.

Well we tend to favour one leg over the other, as we do with our hands, therefore one will get worked more and thus be stronger than the other.

Maybe you have already build muscle on your left leg and for some reason your right leg didn't catch up. Now, its building muscle.

One leg is stronger then the other because you favor one over the other. Over time this will stop, because you are strengthening both. and the other will catch up.

If you are also right handed, you are probably working harder with your right leg.

Depending on what hurts and how bad you may want to go see your doctor.
