for physical therapy. I am 3 weeks. should the baby be okay?

Electrical stimulation is safe when you are pregnant provided that it was not delivered over the womb. I would not apply it over the abdomen or back of a pregnant patient. Otherwise, it is not a contraindication, just a precaution. Talk to your PT and MD if you have concerns or questions.

Ask your doctor this, its very important that you stop doing it until your Obgyn doctor oks you getting the shock treatment

Yes proably but you should still just ask your doctor or someone who is medicaly trained and knows what to do on this matter.
