i met this guy a year ago next month and i think im in love with him

I WOULD TRY TO GET A LIFE! If someone thinks they have fallen in love over the internet, chances are they are way off. People can say anything, and be anyone, they want over the internet and through e-mail. It's very difficult to know what's true and what's not unless you have personal contact with that person. I believe it takes getting to know someone on a more personal level to be in love (I don't mean sexually, I mean in spending quality time with them, sharing interests, and so on). It takes more than a few e-mails and IM's to fall in love. I DO think it is possible to develop friends over the internet, and if you meet personally and get to know each other in different situations, then yes, it may possibly lead to love later....much later!

I'd have my head examined. I have no idea why women invest so much emotion, over someone, they have never met, and are relying on just what he types on a screen.
It was mostly all lies, to begin with. so just take it for what it was, and consider it just fun, and find some guy, who you can talk to and meet face to face.
I just hope you haven't fallen into that trap.

Do not NOT change your life in any way for him. If you truly are in love, let him come to you. I have known too many women who have thrown away too much for someone who turned out to not be worth it.

Run as fast as I could........Or find out a few things.......
(1) Is he really who he says he is?
(2) Does he have a criminal record?
(3) Has he ever been married?
