There is this cute little dog at the dog park named Bailey. Apparently she was adopted from the SPCA after she and her littermates were found abandoned along a road in very cold weather. They were just little puppies then. Bailey is really adorable. Why would someone do that to puppies when they could have just taken them to the shelter in the first place?
