The process in the Medical transcription centres:

Medical Transcription is actually a service oriented approach.
Here the outsourcing is done.

A doctor will record his own opinion about the patient in voice format including all the details about the patients medical history.

Then the recorded message will be sent to a transcriptor he will
listen to the transcription and fill up the medical history of the patient. This reduces the time spent by the doctor to fill the medical history of the patient.

Usually for such a transciptor the company have pay a very good salary in eastern countries so the medical agencies in developed countries are using transcritors in developing countries giving only considerable salary.

To be a medical transcriptor you need to have good language skil in which you are going to work with and some considerable skill in medical terminologies

This can also be one domestically
