The healthiest fruit is the Ash Gourd. You'll find it at your local Asian green grocer. It's like a pumpkin, but whitish grey on the outside, and when u run your finger along it it's coated with an ash like substance, from which it gets it's name. Extremely nutritious and high in vitamins.
But between the two i.e.watermelon or apple i would have to go with the apple. Higher vitamin content.

bananas. Full of potassium - I'll let chiquita say it --
" Chiquita Banana. Quite Possibly, the World’s Perfect Food.
Bananas are one of nature's best energy sources. They help satisfy you when you're hungry. Eating a banana helps you meet your daily requirement of five fruits and vegetables. Whether you're watching your weight, or just trying to eat right and be healthy, Chiquita bananas are convenient, portable and a perfect part of your diet.
There's more. Chiquita bananas are the perfect post-exercise snack. During strenuous physical activity, your body loses important vitamins, like B6 and C, as well as minerals like potassium. A banana helps replace these nutrients and helps you maintain your peak performance. Now you know why marathon runners and bikers eat bananas after a race. Even if you're not in a race, a banana can give you the energy to get through a busy day!
It's also proven that low-fat diets rich in vegetables and fruits may reduce the risk of some types of cancer. Bananas are a perfect part of a good diet that can help you live longer and healthier.
* Bananas have no fat, cholesterol or sodium.
* A medium-sized banana has 110 calories.
* A single banana supplies 20% of the U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance of B6, and 11% of potassium.
* According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), eating foods rich in potassium and low in sodium may help reduce the risk of high-blood pressure and stroke.
* Chiquita bananas are certified by the American Heart Association when eaten as part of a low-fat, balanced diet.
* A diet low in fat and high in fruits and vegetables may reduce your risk of some cancers."

It's got to be an apple. look at the vitamins, minerals, roughage, and dental health it provides.
And when you hear an old saying, like "an apple a day keeps the doctor away"...if that's made it into the lexicon of the english language, there's going to be a bit of truth to it.

Cranberries are proven to be very beneficial to the body:
-prevent urinary tract infections and other feminine infections
-flushes toxins out of the body
-prevents dental plaque
-the acid it cranberries prevent the development of kidney stones
-the flavenoids in cranberries prevent clogged arteries and heart disease
-low in sugar
Blueberries are also very good for you (high in fibre and low in calories).
I dissagree with the following fruits being the healthiest:
Banana: although they are high in pottassium and give you a natural energy boost, many nutritionists who work with customers watching their weight don't recommend too much because they are sugar, carb and calorie heavy compared to other fruits.
Mango, Pineapple, and Oranges: very high in sugar.

Let your food be your medicine. Fruit like lemons and great fruit are very valuable for colds and fever. Lemons for food poisoning Lemon peel tea for colds. Man needs food from milk like yogurt uncooked and butter and honey when depressed. Man needs salt from rock salt . For starvation as in Afghanistan wheat was used first.
