he talks about beheading people with shovels and hatchets and meat cleavers. He's really into a group called Insane Clown Posse does anyone know this group? What should I do to help him?

I love Insane Clown Posse! They are not what everyone makes them out to be! Trust me. If you really listen to them, many of the songs are meaningful. Listen to "behind the paint","the pendulum's promise", "the unveiling", or "nothings left". Maybe you'll understand or maybe you won't. I've been listening to Icp for years and I don't drink, do drugs, or kill people. So don't pay too much attention to the hype. These other people on here need to lighten up and realize that Icp writes these songs to piss people off, hints the song "**** the world!".

Sounds like how Clevebold and the other school shooters started. They were listening to violent lyrics and talking about killing people for a while before they went on their rampage.
Insane Clown Posse is a hip/rapper band with a lead singer named Violent J. I only checked out a few of their lyrics, but they sound like they are into the abuse of women, violence, and murder.
I am afraid that I would have to report this. I would start with his parents, and yours. They probably don't want you to hang around with a guy like this, he could take his rage out on you. Especially if his parents told him that you reported him--you need to make that clear. You are worried and trying to help him, and you don't want to become a possible target. If nothing is done after a week then I would report him to the school counselor, they should keep your identity secret. If after a second week passes and no one does something then I would report him to the police. I wouldn't do it on a tip line. I would file an official complaint. It is for the guy's own good after all, and you might save several dozen lives including your own.

CAll the police and tell them that your friend may need some help. If he threatens to kill a certain person that is considered a terrorist threat and he can be arrested for it.
Insane Clown Posse is a bad role model for your friend.

Determine is he serious or jokinig. If its the latter, kick his ***. But if its the former, get him professional help from a counsellor or psychitrist asap.
