Time to get the system disk and reformat. You'll likely have so many problems it won't be worth it to fix it.
Make sure you use protection - Anti-virus.

what about the host account has been changed the password?

burn you computer with gasoline and purchase a new one, reboot using the startup disk, go into the options (normally F8 upon start up) and continue from there
