I want really straight hair but when I blow dry or let my hair naturally dry its kind of wavy and curled out. I want straight hair but hair straightners give you split ends and thats the last thing I want. Can anybody tell me a website, shampoo, or a way to straiten my hair. NO CHEMICALS EITHIER!

My hair is thick and wavy and medium length (collar bone). I use Redken mousse (smaller than golfball sized glob), Redken Glass (2 drops), and Redken Milk (1/2 inch squirt) on damp hair. I comb it through and let it air dry most of the way. Then I blow dry with a large circular brush. Use smallish sections of hair, blow drying in a downward motion. Use a ceramic straight iron if needed (small sections, and keep it moving!! - you'll fry your hair if you go too slow).

du u have african american hair? well, if you do, then wash it, apply some foaming wrap lotion, wrap it, and sit under the dryer. when it drys and its alittle bad, just use a come and a dryer. If all else fails, then use a straigtner dont be scraed. just put some moisturizer or some type of heat/thermal pre-treating lotion b4 u use a straightner. If that fails, use frizz-ease. if that fails, go to the hair dresser.

I have really culry hair and my hair comes out pin straight and silky, buy a flat iron its the best thing. it doesnt give you split ends if you buy a cream or gel thats heat activated. try your local beauty supply store and ask someone there.

When you blow dry your hair use a flat brush and with your hair in-between your brush and blowdryer blow it dry.

have you tried a flat iron? you get split ends anyways, you just cant tell when ur hair's curly. flat irons give shine and a light weight straightness.
