What do you do if your older brother is being really mean to you?

My older brother is annoying, picks on me, and beats me up a lot (like twince a day). I am 10 and he is 16.

Well, with Todd and I [my older brother], its more of a matter of whos got the upper hand.

We're about the same build, height and strength so its evenly matched.

But when I was younger and he was mean to me I just used a straight shot to his testicles with my foot.

He left me alone once I figured out how hard to kick and how long he'd stay down lol.

He'll call you a tattletale, but honestly, just tell your parents. Don't do after he's harassed you, just at some point when your parents are in a calm, open mood, go up to them and tell them you have a problem you're not sure of what to do. In fact, start by telling them that there's a bigger kid who picks on you a lot and beats you up a lot. When they ask who it is, hesitate in telling them, but slowly and finally do tell them it's your brother. Tell them you were afraid they might think you were being a tattletale and that's why you didn't want to tell them it was him originally, but you just didn't know what to do.

Grow some balls and stop crying, because that's what bothers do stupid little kid. You'll be facing that for the rest of the time he lives at home. Oh yeah and if you do what that one girl said and don't tell them its him until the end you'll look really gay and he'll beat the living hell out of you (learn to spell too)

Bad news, this is typical. My brother did the same....45 years ago. He is 3 years old than I am. He use to hold me down and drop spit down, then suck it back up....if he could. Sometimes it would fall in my ear.
