Spontaneity. Just make it a total surprise. She says she's okay with it, so why not. That's how I did my first kiss. Just don't stick your tongue down her throat. And also find the right moment that does not come off TOO strong. Don't like tackle her onto a couch or something. Sit on the porch or something simple in the middle of a soft, everyday conservation and just softly, yet firmly peck her on the lips.
Trust me. It'll be something she won't forget.

Let me say this at your age you should just be grateful that you have someone that actually likes you and considers kissing you. Take my advice you will never learn till you try it. Asking people for help is nothing when the real thing comes you are going to completely forget about someone else has told you. Besides your 12 ******* crying out loud man don't think this girl is the one that your destined to be with. If you actually feel this way then you got the hole situation out of hand. I hate to say this but hormones are just kicking in man when you get to my age and had alot of experience with women try answering your own question k so good luck to you buddy. Awwwwwww, thts so sweet. anyways tell her she has somthin on her nose then lean forward and put ur hand gently on her face and kiss her. thats how my boyfriend first kissed me! ps this will probably help cuz im 12 to!

ok...well i dont get the "be prepare part"(wut does it hav to do with kissing ur gf??)anyway....mai advice is that set the mood/atmosphere make it romantic or somthing and take the kiss from her....
