I have always been made fun of because many of the girls I have liked are looked down on by other people because they are the "ugly" people. I think that it doesn't matter, as long as you like them it doesn't make a difference about appearances, right?

I feel the same way as you! of course it is important to be sexually attracted to someone but it is far better to be attracted to whats inside first..and then move on from there. Please dont listen to your stupid friends they are obviously shallow! Looks do not matter because they fade with time, so if you marry someone based on looks what happens when they are gone?? you are left with someone you dont really like or love. So go for the girls you like and dont think twice about it because real beauty is inside and very few can see it, you should be proud of yourself and pursue whoever you like no matter what other people say.

Honey that is so true and just think of it this way......"LOOKS FADE,CHARACTER LASTS"....u won't always be hot or sexy so there better be more there then that!!!Eventually u do get old and wrinkled!
To me it matters more about there personality....cause some of those hot and sexy people they talk about or are into..are either into themselves or mean(act like jerks!) and have really bad personality's!And also for me just cause a person's not hot or sexy when u first met them doesn't mean that they won't grow on u either...u have to take the time to get to know the people...and for me once i get to know a person better even if at first i didn't think there were hot or sexy i might after a while because of there personality's...A good personality or a bad personality really makes it or breaks it for me!
As long as u like the girl its no one else's business!!!And u get some major points here for not being the kind of guy who just judges a girl for her looks and actually looks deeper.....so hurray!!!!Now i know there's one guy out there who actually likes the girl and not just for what she looks likes....if i had a hat on i would tak it off for u!!!!U deserve some applause for actually looking deeper and not being shallow!Cause those people making fun of the girls u like .....there SHALLOW and need to grow up!

A girl may have the perfect body at the age of 20. She will not have it at the age of 40. Beauty is only skin deep. You are right it is what the person IS matters more than looks.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Others may consider your girlfriends ugly, but they might be the most beautiful person in the world to you. If there were more people out there like you the world would be a better place.

I look @ it this way, if someone doesn't take the time to get to know me because they don't like the way I look then I don't want to know that person. I don't look for guys that are drop dead sexy, the truth is most of them are assholes. I look for people who are nice and take the time to get to know me and I do the same. And then we see from there. Don't let anyone talk down to you because you like someone who they think is unattractive. Not all beauty is something you can see.

looks r skin deep but a personality is much more than that! if u like a girl for who she is and not how she looks, then ur on the right track! stick up for the ones that have the better personality and not looks cuz in the end, we are the ones that will come to ur rescue when u need us!! best of luck. hope that helps

Right on!! This coming from one of those ugly girls, however. Let me tell you this: A person's appearance changes when you learn their personality. When I first met my husband, I didn't like him. He liked me however, and was walking me to my truck where my uncle was waiting to pick me up from colorgaurd practice. When we got home, my uncle told my aunt that I was walking with a guy she would like "He's tall, dark, and handsome." I screamed "He is NOT handsome!!!" After I got to know him, I fell in love with him, and he is the hottest man in the whole entire world!!!! Just as long as you like who you're with, don't worry about what your 'friends' say, they're probably just jealous anyway.

I do. This year I've liked two guys. One of them was absolutely gorgeous but we didn't have many things in common. The other one didn't exactly look "attractive", but we had a lot in common and we connected so much more, and I like him a lot more than the other guy.
