Herbal cigars?

Are herbal cigars harmful like tobacco and other regular cigars? Any side effects like taking away your white smile, lung cancer, etc? Also which brand do you suggest and why? Thanks.

herbal cigarettes (meaning non-tobacco) still contain carbon monoxide and tar. still harmful to your lungs, you're still "smoking" so it's harmful to your teeth. basically the same side effects minus an addiction to nicotine.

all cigars are harmful, but herbal cigars may be more so, because they have more niccatine and less tar
