Muscle weighs more than fat. So gain some muscle mass. Girls love muscle.

Women, contrary to what people think, will not think about whether you are fat or thin, if she has developed a rapport with you and feels that you can be an able father to her child (this is how they are programmed by nature). So, if you are interested in one night stands, instead of destroying a good woman's life, go to a prostitute. If you are interested in a long term relationship get to befriend someone who you think matches your tastes. There is no clear-cut solutions. Choose someone who you are comfortable with, and the rest (like whether you are thin or fat, have a big or small dic*, etc) will just melt away. Good luck

I think you sound fine to me. I would not want to gain anymore weight than that. If you feel comfortable with your weight--build your muscle tone. Muscles are what I think loOK great on a guy--not fat. :) Plus there is no reason to gain weight in order to attract women--because you and your personality already sound attractive enough. You are healthy and in shape to play sports. Don't worry about trying to gain weight. It will happen in time as you get older and that is when people have problems controlling it. So do yourself a favor--love yourself and your body and appreciate your good health. Good luck with your career and life. Don't worry--a good woman for you will come along-you don't need to change your weight for that. It is not like you are 120 pounds or 350lbs. --so do not fret about this. ok..kk God bless.

If your not fat,but are muscular then another 10-15 pounds would be fine as long as you stay in shape.

Your tall, and you play football, so you must be fit... it the weight you do have right now is muscle, then sure throw on a few more pounds... you can always lose the weight if you dont like it! ;)

It depends on the proportion of your head to your body, if you get too big you'll look like you have a small head no matter how in shape you may be it's just an odd look.

I think it would be a healthy decision. Talk it over with your coach.
