LOL. I think you mean hair balls.
They can usually take care of this themselves. There are special foods that can help control the hair balls - Iams makes one of them. If it is a big problem your vet can give them some medicine that will help.

Use one of two products: either Petromalt or Laxatone. You can give it either with food (in the food!) or seperate - if the cat is willing to eat it by itself.
Feed one inch per day for 3 straight days. After that, use 1/2 inch 3 times a week. Do this pretty much forever, or until you think you can get away with stopping. For example, if your cat only gets hairballs in Spring and Summer (from more shedding) then he really won't need it in Fall and Winter.

Are you trying to be funny, or do you mean "hair"balls? I guess you could mean rabbit testicles, so I really don't know how to answer.
Normally, a cat will eventually throw up a hairball. Also, there is a medication that comes in a tube that you can give them. Also, some brands of cat food advertise "hairball control" formulas.

They are actually Hairballs clean up the mess, best thing to do is get a cat comb or a brush and groom your cat so him/her does not lick all the hair down his throat. You can also buy special food that will help with hairballs (Science Diet make one - though it never helped my cat), there is also a tube of stuff you can buy to put on their paws that they can lick off that helps them digest the hairball better but my cat never like it so you could say I wasted a lot of money. Grooming is your best bet.

Change to a hairball reduction food. It's been a while since I stepped in a hairball and I have a 16 year old cat with a weak stomach.

put a big glob of butter in the back of their throat and let them choke it down, it always helped my cat. Of coarse there is some over the counter stuff you can buy at most pet stores, go to the cat section and take a look. Read the directions and administer it accordingly.

try feeding the cat some bacon grease. Cats love it, and it helps get the hairballs out of their system. You can also buy hairball formula catfood and hairball treatments at petstores or department stores. frequent brushing should help with prevention.

I constantly have to deal with hair balls with my cats.
I usually put about 1 tsp of Vaseline on their chin, and they lick it off. I give it to them every other day. Some of the cats like it. The ones that do not, I give them about 1 tbsp of canned pumpkin, same dosage. Most cats do like that.
Be careful and not overdose your cat though. It will sending them running to the litter pan!
Good Luck!

First start feeding your cat food to prevent hairball. I put malt on thier paws. They like the taste & it slicks the digestive trac so the hairball moves thru instead of coming up on your carpet.
