my parents died?

Before I was 15 years Old, and now it is effecting my relationships in life...

Well if this is true, then I'm truly sorry for you. Since you have this under Mental Health, I'm assuming it is causing you problems so I would suggest seeing a professional for counseling.

It is so hard to accept the loss of those closest to you, and you indicate both your parents have died. Please accept my deepest heartfelt condolences. I am so very sorry.

You are grieving of course, and to say this is normal is obviously over stating the obvious. Let it come, remember them, remember how you all loved each other.
You'll be closer to them in your grief. They are, of course, still living on in you.

I grieved, still do, but wasn't without tears when thinking of them for about a year. The books say that's how long it takes. I lost the most beautiful woman of my life in my mother.

I had 4 boyfriends that died ..not like loosing you parent but i suffered alot..just remember that in time you will start feeling better and remember all the times together...they are up in heaven togetherr watching over you.good luck and stay STRONG!!!!!!!!!!
