Matthew 12:47 Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

The mother of Jesus was Mary
Jesus had a brother named James
There was no sister
Jesus Did say that everyone were his brothers and sisters.

Those who do the will of the Father which is in Heaven, the same is my brother, and my sister, and my mother.
This can be found in Matthew 12:46-50 and in Mark 3:31-35

Let the Bible speak for itself:
(Matthew 12:47 KJV) Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
(Matthew 12:48 KJV) But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
(Matthew 12:49 KJV) And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
(Matthew 12:50 KJV) For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
ONLY those who do the will of His father are his brother, sister, and mother. That is Jesus' own words.

I don't remeber him mentioning that his mother had brothers and sisters. I am sure she did. I know that she had a cousin named Elizabeth. they were pregnant at the same time. Mary's cousin gave birth to john the Baptist.
Now if you are asking if Christ had siblings yes he did. Infact one of his brothers was an apostle. Mary was a virgin when she had Christ. But she was a married woman after all and after she had Christ she then was a wife to her husband Joesph
