Why is it that the questions that focus or revolve around christianity seem to stay on Yahoo answers for a long time but when a Pagan question arises, they seem to get lost or disappear or like in my case, I was told I was in violation of the guidelines when I asked for advice for locating other pagans/wiccans or websites that would be helpful?

Ah goddess, wiccans do have guidelines that we follow, they are not fire and brimstone type of guidelines, merely those of love and trust, fairness and tolerance and honoring the Goddess and God

here's a hint, there's alot of discrimination twards Pagans and wiccans. but feel free to chat with me, i may know of a few groups that can help in your search. there are still some goups on yahoo that are pagan groups, I should know lol I'm definatelyin some of them. but answers are what you seek, then by the hands of the ancients (or goddesses and gods) I hope you find them and friends who share the same feelings and beliefs as you do, I have many friends out there from all walks of life and religious beliefs, and to think I'm roman catholic by birth, but my way of life is to choose what ever path i see fit to follow. Dragon magick, Celtic, Druid, Wicca, Pagan, truely old paths and yet there are older but those are the most documented. Again I wish you luck.
"Trust your heart and not your eyes, see with your heart and soul what your eyes fail to see and believe and follow whatever path you so choose in life. that is what we all are here for, to follow our hearts."

There's kind of a disproportionate representation of religions on this site.

It's a constant Christian vs. Atheist battle it seems and it's unfortunate we don't get the oppurtunity to hear about other religions like the ones you mentioned.

I suggest a good ol' Yahoo! search. I hope that you can find a site with some *fair* discussions.

Best of luck.

I don't know what question you're talking about, but if the questions are being edited because of WHAT religion your discussing, and not some specific acts/words/scenes/obscenities, etc, then that seems to indicate someone is prejudice. That's not what this society is about. Everyone is equal. Whether or not you like the question, you should respect the asker of the question. Or, if you are going to ban one religion, even Satanism, you should ban them all. Seems the only way to be fair.

Its the double-standards of this place. You either get answers in chapter and verse or abuse. Ignore it dear, Pagans can claim to be the oldest world religion so be proud, at least you guys aren't declaring war on the muslim world

Because soceity is a big huge contradiction. Paganisim does not make u live by guildlines, Christianity uses "sins" and such to try and control our natural urges (not just sex), which get us into trouble 75% of the time! ;)

that doesn't seem fair, does it? maybe you should contact Yahoo Answers directly and ask them.

Some Christian must have reported you. It is all about intolerance.
