Christians are suppose to pray to God (in private prayer, with or without statue present) and worship him as the one, true God; "His Entourage" as you call them (and I assume this means every apostle/saint from the beginning to present who happens to have had a statue/painting/religious card made representing their "supposed" likeness), are not suppose to be "prayed to", per se, but rather "honored" as revered individuals who represent the goodness and deeds that "The Lord" emulsifies. Can you dig it?

I never worship any statues of God, I adhere to one thing as a Christian the Word of God. If I do look at such statues specifically the crucifix, I simply revere them as a form of remembrance that Jesus died for my sins, He is my Savior and Lord.

One does not "worship" statues or icons any more than one worships a photograph of their mother on the mantle. They are reminders that help one to focus on good and right things.
The idol woshipper tag is placed there by professional anti-Catholic bias.

Certain religious sects will worship statues. People who worship God or mainly Jesus Christ know that we do not worship the image but we worship the spirit.

Christan's do not worship Idols. They sanctify these people (Entities) and use these statues, paintings and renderings as you would use an icon on your computer to seek information, love, security, forgiveness, etc: Not worship. Our current administration in the White House calls it WAR-SHIP!

Idol worship! Not me! I worship God the father, God the son
and God the Holy Spirit. God isn't idol and neither am I.
Idol worship is pagan! I encourage you to seek God and learn of
him and His Son Jesus.

You are referring chiefly to ROMAN CATHOLICS - not true Christians. Such things as bending knees to statues was abhorrent to the New Testament Church, yet the RCC Insists it is the New Testament Church. It does not take a genius to figure out the RCC is not even close (except for some generalities).

not all christians worship idols.besides, nobody is perfect.Only God is.the reason why some christians worship idols may be because they just got saved and dont yet know the 10 commandments....or maybe God just havent condemed them yet,so they dont realize what they are doing is wrong.Dont worry though,God will work it all out,its part of His plan for our lives.
