Look your a girl and we guys are pretty easy. So just talk to one and eventually mention hanging out sometime or something. Then give'em your number or email. If they're strangers then it's kinda assumed your interested in more than friends but if it's someone you already know then you might have to drop some hints about them being cute or some stuff. And a lot of use are dense so don't waay to sublte in your hinting.

Try making more guy friends. That will do two things: It will make you less shy around guys you have crushes on and it will mean you meet more guys without all the pressure of trying to find a bf right away.

Act like you don't care. That is the easiest way I think. Talk to whomever you want and don't give off any signals that you are "looking" or interested. Just pretend you don't care if they like you or not and just pal around with the group.
It's like basketball, if you get nervous and tense up, you will miss the shot for sure, so don't do that.

Open up! Get your friends to help you. Ask your friends to introduce you some boys and start talking. Just be yourself.

well, you have to be yourself. Loosen up and start talking to more guys at school if you go to school, and try and make friends. Go out with your friends to a place where you will have fun.

always look your best! make it a habbit to hang out in social situations with people you feel comfortable with like good friends, so you dont feel so nervious, and you can come out of your shell a little better. im sure your friends know people who know people, get out there and be yourself! :) good luck!
