I'm not saying Christianity will never spread in India, that has already happened. But 80% of Indians are Hindu and I doubt that will change drastically by 2020 even if India is a superpower by then. Hinduism is more than just a religion, it has been a MAJOR part of Indian culture since before Christ. Hinduism is the oldest religion in the world in case you didn't know. India is a rising economy and religion isnt going to change that. A country does not have to be Christian to be a superpower. Maybe that's what YOU think but it is not the truth. Go to school, get an education. I'm done.

You seem to have a wrong notion about how missionary work is conducted in india..and how conversions take place.

from what i have seen the misionaries work in the poorest areas..they offer money if you get converted usually in the range of(RS50000, 1$=45rs)per person.even those guys who dont give a damn about jesus also get converted

they also give sops like there would be no caste barriers once you are a christian and all that especially among dalits.but in reality the old christians refuse to inter marry with the converted dalits. they still cinsider them as dalits..

so accordingto question if india ever become prosperous by 2020 the missionaries would shift their focus to other vulnerable people in other poorer countries

If India wants to prosper, it has to abolish casts segregation. If it still practices that, it won't prosper and will never be super power.
