Wake up and the smell the coffee. ( but you arer probally to young to have heard that expression before) Secondly if you have to come on here and talk about your chillin problems then he is a looser. He is using you. No wait how can he be using you when he is always busy and not at home and has no time to see you. And also chill does not mean that he likes you. You told him that you liked him and he did not want to hurt your feelings. By now you should have taken the hint that he is not interested in you and does not want to chill. If he really liked you he would not have an excuss everytime you contact him. Also men are scared off by chicks who are obssesive and call them all the time or text them and ask to see them or in your words chill. You are scaring this many away by bugging him all the time. Do not call or text him, wait untill you hear from him. Then say sorry I am busy maybe another time. Then he will know what it feels like. Tell him to call you in a few days and if he does and wants to chill go for it. But if he does not call you, please do not call him. Then he will think you are desperate. No it is not you. It is men. Men in general have their own way of thinking. They think they can have any girl they want and treat her like crap and still keep her around. I assume you are in high school because of the words you use like and neva. Kinda cool words. I try em out on my 11 year old. I think you wait for him to contact you , tell him your busy, or tell him to call you in three days. Or set up a time and place to chill lets say Wed. Like meet at a coffee house or LIbrary or park. If he shows then all is good. If he does not show. Do not call or text him. Let it be you deserve better. You are a human being and you deserve to be treated with respect.

I think that he doesn't really want to chill but I am available and never miss an invite unless i am taken. Wanna take me and see.
I am a good chillin partner from twister to a good movie and some wine and finger foods, maybe fondu. C'mon what do you have to loose except another night at home alone.
