I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but try emailing the parties involved, threatening to take legal action. I say this because it's a very very difficult and complicated process to prosecute the person involved.
Try emailing the girl and telling her that she's infringing on your copyrights. Tell her nicely that you'll consider legal action if she doesn't correct that. If that doesn't work, email the girl's website host informing them of the infringement, telling them that you will take legal action if they do not take down the girl's webpage.

If you have a lawyer friend, have them send a cease and desist letter to this person, asking them to remove the photo. If that doesn't work, you can contact the internet provider (by doing a search at whois.com with the domain name) and alert them to the infringement. You could file a lawsuit, but the expense of doing so would outweigh the issue.
This is only if YOU took the photos. If they are of you, not taken by you, then you have no legal rights to the photo, anyway. Any infringement action would have to be taken by the actual photographer, unless he/she signed the rights over to you.

Well, since she's not selling them or anything, and is only saying that she's you, you can't really do anything. You can still contact her and tell her to take off the photos though, and make it clear that if she's using them for her own personal gain (which is only if she's using them to sell) that you can prosecute her.
EDIT:
Oh, by the way, you should perhaps watermark all your images from now on by putting your name across the image.

Contact a copyright attorney for advice. It's worth it to talk to an attorney to find out the best course of action.
I posted some links pertinent to copyrights. Hope that helps!

If she is not selling them, there is not much that you can do. The best thing that you can do is protect yourself in the future by water marking all of your shots and editing the html code to stop the "right-click" option in the web-browser.
You can even start changing formats for your site into flash so that it is harder to lift the images. That is about all that you can really do. What's done is done. I am sorry

Ya prolly can't unless Money is actually being made off the Photos.
Im a Musician myself and I don't mind if my stuff is downloaded and posted on Websites, only time I would care is if someone was making Money without my Permission.

First you need to prove it; download a free trial of "snag it". It will let you cut all or any part of the website and print it.
Then confront her with the issue. If she doesn't take it off, call a lawyer.
