don't worry i had the same problem.
well most of it is having determination to not eat, but if you really can't eat, eat something healthy, and eat every 3 hours so that your metabolism runs faster and better.
more extreme,
brush your teeth(it supresses your appetite)
also a tea called yogi tea, it makes you not want to eat.

I think if you stay up that late then you can eat dinner a little later, they say dont eat after six because most people work ealry in the morning and go to bed early like 10, you could have dinner at like 7, they just dont want you eating too soon before you go to bed. but yes drink water, or chew sugarless gum.

I would give the advise if your not going to bed until early morning that you should leave eating your dinner until a bit later like 7.30 or 8pm & make sure you serve up enough when you have your dinner that way you shouldnt be wanting to snack so much. If you do need to snack my advice would be try dry fruit, or fruit, or even a health mixture that way you will not over do your diet as you are still eating the right things.

If you're actually hungry, then do have something healthy, like fruit, in small amounts until you're full. Pay attention to when you're eating it, so you eat only until you're full.
If you're eating because you want to, you're bored, or etc., I recommend chewing gum. This saved my diet. I could chew it while I worked on the computer, etc. and I would think I was eating, so the temptation was gone.
Also, drink lots of cold water, and don't work in the kitchen or around food.

ingesting multiple water, and being properly hydrated retains your pores and skin replenished and alluring. so as that is likely why your breaking out! do not devour cookies contained in the morning, loopy :) Have a banana or something. you fairly want to commence eating extra and extra healthful. Your body received't react properly to this and also you ought to get fairly unwell :( attempt bringing your lunch with you to college? no longer eating healthful and acceptable makes you sense like ****. So devour acceptable, 3 circumstances an afternoon. and Drink a ton of water :)

Increase water
Eat more fruits, veggies during the day
After 6, drink more water and if you MUST eat, celery w/ a little peanut butter, pretzels than cut back a little at a time.

try a hoodia lollipop, if you diet allows such, which are so in demand people cannot find a supply of them...
or if you diet allows try the usual snacking of a piece of fruit usually orange or apple, although personally an apple and banana fill me up great as just a breakfast when I don't want to eat at all!

Drink alot of water... Keep your hands busy **your computer is perfect** Im having the same problem! Im a night time eater.I do good all day then I fall apart at night.These are the two things that do help...

you can eat after 6 but it must only be certain things, no carbs after 6! drink lots of water and if you need some protein drink 1 glass of skim milk

drinking lots of water before & after dinner will help fill you up
be sure to keep yourself busy if you're staying up that late because if you're bored, you tend to eat more
sometimes its good to eat a snack though to keep your metabolism up which will burn more calories quicker..if you do try a late night snack, stick with something healthy like fruit..don't waste calories on junk foods
