Only the judge in city court can change the amount due, or set up a payment plan for you. Contact the court and get a hearing date. Show up and talk to the judge on that date.

You can call up the court and ask to make an appointment to appear before the judge regarding past due tickets.

Pay up, then pay as you get them. Better yet, don't park where you can get them and then you won't have to worry about it.
