Ok equally yoked means that you are at the same spot in your relationship with Christ. I will use an example.

If you and your boyfriend or girlfriend were oxen. They would use an yoke to help you to pull. You would want both to pull with the same strenghth as the other. Because if one would pull harder than the other one would have a harder load to pull and the other would have the easy life.

I assume you are referring to the following scripture from the KJV

2 Corintians 6
14Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people."

17"Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.
18"I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."

I only date Chrisitans, or those willing to become one.

What they are talking about is not to marry someone who is non-Christian if you are Christian. The reason for that is because of the difficulties that would come about with such a marriage and the risk the Christian would take of possibly being negatively influenced by the non-Christian. Instead of oxen, how about this analogy? Say you are in the car with your friend and they say let's go to the mall and you say let's go to the park. Neither one of you will give in so you end up either fighting or staying there. But what if you and your friend both agree to go to the mall? There isn't any arguing or hesitation in moving towards your goal - the mall - because you both want to go there. The same thing applies if you marry someone of your own faith - you can help each other move towards your goal because you are reaching towards the same goal.

As a Pastor, I wouldn't recommend it.....I don't and won't marry couples who are not saved and Bible believing. It's like mixing light and darkness together....it don't work. One will expel the other and, I find that the unsaved mate will almost always drag the saved mate down to live a mostly godless life.

Nope, not into threesomes myself. I don't think you can "spiritually" date anyone. Maybe this isn't the question you wanted answered.
