Easy Custard crepes
Buy pre made crepes - usually in the fruit section near the berries
Buy Heavy Cream and whole wilk
Buy Jello or similar Custard Mix
Buy a variety of fruit - my favs are ultra ripe & fresh strawberries, blackberries, golden kiwi (not green), and overripe white peaches.
Make Custard mix as directed on box using 1/2 whole milk 1/2 cream for the liquid. Add a dash of extra vanilla (real, not fake).
Pour into single bowl and allow to cool as box recommends.
Use remaining cream to make fresh whipped cream.
Slice berries, kiwi, and peaches into bite sized slices.
Cook or heat crepes as package recommends.
Spoon cooled custard into crepe. Add mixed fruit on top. Role into a 'burrito'. Top with a touch of whipped cream.
No one will ever know that it's all prepackaged stuff!!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMC9m
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Chocolate Chip Cake

3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 9 inch round pans. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs. In another bowl, sift together the flours, baking powder, and salt. Add this alternately with the milk to the creamed mixture. Stir in the vanilla. Chop the chocolate chips coarsely and add to the batter. Pour batter into prepared pans, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. You can fill with a Butterscotch Filling, and top with a Chocolate Glaze. I prefer a white frosting dotted with Milk Chocolate Chips. Pretty and good to the pallet.
