You have to contact the passenger themselves, airlines do not release that information to anyone other than the passenger or credit card holder who purchased the ticket.

yep, my mom's a res agent at US Air, and she couldn't even give the info to a translator who was calling cuz the client couldn't speak english. However, she always looks up people she knows, cuz she's a sick stalker
