How this warranty work for you, do they handle claims fast?
Is this a good company to deal with?

I have not personnally worked with warranty direct,

but my suggestion is *before buying a service contract from any company* call around to few local repair shops and dealership service deprtments and ask them if they will fix your vehicle using that warranty company.

Many places will not accept warranties based on prior bad experiences... and what good does it do you to have a warranty if no one will fix your car under it?
