Actually, things are getting better for the ozone layer. The CFCs, like freon, have been strictly regulated and emissions have been reduced. Do not confuse global warming with ozone depletion. They are totally different problems with totally different causes. We are well on the way to fixing the ozone layer problem. It is global warming due to CO2 emission that we are making worse.

From what i've heard the hole in the ozone layer is actually healing itself quite nicely, although that is still in contention (see links below). And if you've seen An Inconvenient Truth, the US actually led the world in the reduction of CFCs and HCFCs (ozone killers) back when they linked them to ozone depletion. Wouldnt it be amazing if we could do the same for other pollutants, you know, like fossil fuels?

Ozone is constantly being generated and destoryed in nature.
The ozone-oxygen cycle is the process by which ozone is continually regenerated in Earth's stratosphere, all the while converting ultraviolet radiation into heat energy. In 1930 Sidney Chapman resolved the chemistry involved.
So, it is not like a leaky tank which runs out of water. What is being affected by the industrial technology is shifting the balance of this cycle.
To answer your question, we cannot predict it accurately.
