if i want to geet rid of the fat on my abs to see them, how many calories should i eat a day if i want a great 6-pack in a few months? (im not fat, i just wanna see my 6-pack very clearly)

It's not necessarily about the calories, you need to exercise also. Changing diet alone will not create a six pack. Try some running, sit ups, and crunches.

If your weight is not going up now just increase the exercise. Exercise is the only way to 6 pack abs. Diet alone will not work.

well if you just want to lose the weight so that you can see your abs, then do a lot of aerobics, which burns the fat, i go to the gym every day, and do an hour of cardio and then weights.
not consuming 3500 calories=1 pound lost
try pilates which is really effective

if ur exercising and working out then consume 1500 calories a day. that should help you lose the weight you want and put on the muscles
